New construction of a two story, 23,760 square foot medical office building with surface parking for 133 vehicles. Structure is primarily wood-framed with concrete retaining walls at the lower level below-grade areas. Exterior skin includes mix of storefront, phenolic wood panels, metal siding, fiber cement panels, and ACM panels. HVAC basis of design is a VRV high efficiency, heat recovery, heat pump system.

Upper floor is a clinic with offices, exam rooms, an infusion center and various staff rooms. The lower floor includes additional staff areas along with various procedure related rooms, including built-in medical gas, vacuum and instrument air systems.
