Alexan Alderwood is a multi-family housing project made up of 4 buildings on 9.1 acres. One 5-story, 226-unit building; one 5-story, 109-unit building; two 3-story 24-unit buildings. There will be a total of 383 units, made up of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units in this complex, along with 3,375 sf of retail and 566 parking spaces.

Multiple amenity spaces will be located throughout the site including a swimming pool, a spa, a fitness room and a lounge. A dog park/open space play area will provided as well as a kids’ play area. Several other open space and active areas containing BBQs will be scattered throughout the site.
