The DESC Bitter Lake project will be a 100 studio unit multifamily new construction project intended to provide permanent supportive housing to homeless individuals, operated by Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC), a nonprofit serving homeless populations.

Construction of one 63,385 gsf building on an 23,350 sf. lot. 5 levels of wood frame and 1 level concrete podium. There will be common areas and a courtyard as well as ground level support services for residents. Project includes 4 surface parking spaces for staff and bicycle parking for residents.
