The Northgate Apartments project is a five-story mixed-use building with below-grade parking for 210 vehicles. The project consists of 291 residential apartment units, four live-work units, leasing general sales/service, private indoor and outdoor amenity space, and a public outdoor open space courtyard. The units will be a mix of studio, open one-bedroom, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Short-term bicycle parking is located close to Roosevelt R.O.W frontage and long-term bicycle storage located within the building. We will be preserving several existing trees around the site during construction.
