Liberty Commons

Liberty Commons is a five-story, 58-unit condominium development at 5022 Martin Luther King Jr Way in Seattle and is intended for first-time homebuyers making less than 80% of area median income. This is Habitat for Humanity’s largest multi-unit condominium project in the U.S. and will include 26 one-bedroom units, 27 two-bedroom units, five studios, and units will range in size from 370 to 690 square feet. Homeowners will be able to enjoy a 2,000 square foot courtyard on the building’s East side for sharing meals, enjoying company, and other activities. We began construction in September 2024 and is anticipated to be complete in Spring of 2026.
