Yonder is a 231-unit mixed-use project in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. The project consists of three stories of concrete, with two below grade, above six levels of wood framing. Site improvements include new sidewalks and landscaping. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification. We began construction in August 2025 and is anticipated to be complete in early 2028.
