Cascade Village is new construction of a 63-unit senior housing development that includes two apartment buildings, 18 single-family villas, a community clubhouse, a wood shop, and a pool & spa. The community is being built for residents 62 and older, and units range in size from 900 to 1,450 square feet. We began construction in November 2025 and is anticipated to be complete in Summer of 2027.
