At more than 400,000 square feet and eight stories encompassing 360 units, Leeway in Shoreline is one of the largest mixed-use developments in the area. Tiscareno Architects integrated over 3,000 square feet of retail space in a way that helps differentiate one end of the building from the other. The project type is planned for five levels of Type III-A over three levels of Type I-A, with 249 structured parking stalls, mostly below grade. Construction began in March 2026 and is anticipated to be completed in Summer of 2028.
