Transforming Age’s Cascade Tower Skybridge and Bistro expansion project consists of constructing a new enclosed skybridge spanning across 8th Avenue, connecting the fourth floors of Cascade Tower and Olympic Tower. Exxel Pacific is also renovating and expanding the existing fourth-floor bistro within Cascade Tower. The expansion extends the bistro into the existing outdoor terrace, which will be enclosed with a new curtain wall system to create additional conditioned dining space.
