Jasper by Alta is a 91-unit luxury apartment building in the Wedgwood neighborhood at 8606 35th Ave. N.E. in Seattle.
It was designed to be a small community surrounded by trees in a low-density residential area. The idea was to offer spacious floor plans as large as 1,400 square feet.
Jasper by Alta is four stories with studios, one- and two-bedroom units, an underground garage and a green roof deck. Apartments have slab granite countertops with glass tile backsplashes, hardwood-style laminate flooring in the kitchens and bathrooms. Some have dens and bonus spaces. Many units have bay windows and private patios, decks and balconies.
Rents range from $1,113 per month for a 490-square-foot studio, to $2,988 for a large two-bedroom with den.
In addition to the rooftop deck, common amenities include Wi-Fi, a resident lounge and demonstration kitchen, and a media room.
