Knox includes two midrise multifamily apartment buildings. Each building consists of five levels of wood frame over a one level concrete parking garage. There are 326 total apartment units between the two buildings.

The scope of work also included a roadway extension of Admiralty Way from 164th Street to a neighboring property to the north, and expansion of the adjacent Swamp Creek Park and Ride.
