The Hub is the conversion an existing four-story office building (B occupancy) into a 50-unit apartment building (R2 occupancy), consisting of studios, one, and two-bedroom units totaling 34,000 square feet. The exterior of the building was updated with a new roof, windows, and siding. Interior renovations included new drywall, flooring, MEPF systems, and converting existing office floor plates into apartment units, utilizing the existing stairwells and elevator. The existing site improvements included new landscaping and resurfacing the existing parking lot, with the addition of EV charging stations.
