629 Woodland will be the conversion an existing four-story office building into a fifty-unit apartment building, consisting of studios, one, and two-bedroom apartments, totaling 34,000 square feet. The entire exterior of the building will be updated with a new roof, windows, siding, etc., and the interior renovations will include converting existing office floor plates into apartment units, utilizing the existing stairwells and elevator. The existing site improvements will include a custom covered BBQ area, new landscaping, and minimal improvements to the existing parking lot.
