656 Woodland will be a five-story apartment building with 179 units, varying in size between studios, one, and two-bedrooms, with ground floor retail space. The site development will include on-site surface parking, utility and stormwater infrastructure improvements, and landscaping. 656 Woodland is our fourth project in partnership with MJR Development. Exxel also completed the early utility upgrade contract work in 2023, in preparation for this apartment project.
