6740 MLK is a new mixed-use affordable housing project with 31 condos and 1,452 square feet of commercial space, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity SKKC and African Community Housing & Development. These homes will serve families earning under 80% of the Area Median Income in Seattle’s Rainier Valley neighborhood. Placed in a land trust, they’ll remain affordable for generations to come, even as home prices in the area climb.
