Aegis Laurelhurst is a 6-story apartment community with 112 assisted living units and 24 memory care units.   Of the 136 units there will be ninety-four studios, forty 1-bedroom, and two 2-bedroom units.  There are multiple common areas for residents to enjoy and a commercial kitchen and dining area.
