Fremont 65 is a new, six story mixed-use building with 65 residential units, common amenities, two commercial spaces with outdoor seating, and a parking garage to accommodate fifteen parking spaces.
The project is located in one of Seattle’s most interesting neighborhoods, Fremont. It sits right on the line between Ballard and Fremont is an old corner commercial building at 106 NW 36th Street. This tight urban site sits on a steeply sloped hillside, in close proximity to residential neighbors, businesses, and a busy arterial roadway.
