Artline is a six-story mixed-use apartment building in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. The project includes 65 residential units, common amenities, two commercial spaces with outdoor seating, and a parking garage to accommodate fifteen parking spaces.

Artline sits right on the line between Ballard and Fremont in an old corner commercial building at 106 NW 36th Street. This tight urban site on a steeply sloped hillside, in close proximity to residential neighbors, businesses, and a busy arterial roadway, will be a challenge for the project team.
