The building will be 4 stories of Type V-A wood frame apartments over 2 stories above grade Type I-A Concrete Podium, containing an open parking garage, common lobby, and mail room associated with the apartment community. The 5^th story incorporates a community outdoor deck. Apartments will be a mix of alcove studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units, with 48 dwelling units.
