Havenridge Apartments is a new 12.5-acre, 195-unit apartment complex. The complex will feature five three-story buildings, totaling 55,650 square feet, with a mix of one and two-bedroom units. This will be Exxel Pacific’s 6th project with Evergreen Housing.
