The main tenant will be Scotty Browns, Barre 3 Exercise Studio and Ride Culture (a cycling/spin studio concept) are the other proposed tenants of the building. Scotty Browns and Barre 3 will both be relocating their businesses from their nearby locations on Newmarket Street.
