St. Luke’s is an affordable housing complex with 84 apartment units consisting of studios, one, two, and three-bedrooms, totaling over 75,000 square feet. Amenities include a rooftop terrace with a play area for families, community room, and 21 parking stalls at the ground level. The full development proposal for BRIDGE Housing includes two integrated but separate apartment projects, along with a new church for St. Luke’s.

The apartment building serves individuals and families at or below 60% of Area Median Income (AMI), including units at lower income levels such as 30% and 50% AMI. This project is part of the Mayor’s and Seattle Office of Housing’s plan to contribute $95 million in funding to support the construction, rehabilitation, and acquisition of over 1,100 affordable homes.
