Renovation of a 37,000 SF, 100+ year old two level brick structure with basement and smoke stack for commercial use. This building is on the state historic register and all renovation efforts were focused on preservation of the structure and the historic status. Work included seismic upgrades, added moisture protection, masonry restoration, new & restored window & door systems. LEED Platinum Certification.
