The Creamery will offer 98 residential units, many of which will be sold as condos. Amenities will include a top floor rooftop deck with views of Bellingham Bay, a courtyard with raised planters and picnic areas, and a bike storage room. The project will include a combination of below-grade and surface parking. We began construction in November 2024 and is anticipated to be complete in Spring of 2026.
