The Pointe at Thomas is a 67-unit affordable housing development for households earning between 40% and 80% of Area Median Income. The Pointe at Thomas is located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood and is jointly owned by CA Family Properties, founded by Super Bowl champion and former Seattle Seahawk Cliff Avril, and Cohen Properties. The project has a focus on sustainability and is targeting a Built Green Certification.
